Scheduled time flights

• Please note all connecting flights must land or depart at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure and arrival times (allow 3 hrs for international flights!!) to allow for possible delays in the scheduled flight times.
• Flight time approx. 50 minutes one-way. (Flight may be delayed at OR Tambo or at Madikwe)
• Transfer in open game drive from the airstrip to the lodge approximately 20 minutes.
• All prices quoted above subject to change without prior notice.
• *Departure/arrival times subject to season time changes - Jaci's reservations will have updated and current information at time of making a reservation.

Helicopter

Important notice

• Fuel levy NOT included in flight
• There is a strict baggage allowance of 15 kg per person (soft bag) on all flights and private charters. If flying with Federal Air, storage facilites for extra or large luggage is available, should you require this service.

Runway information for private flights and charters:

• Private pilots MUST sign an indeminity form before landing on the  Madikwe eastern runway.
• Download Indemnity Form here, print, complete and fax to Jaci's
• Surface tar - 1400 meters long
• Direction - East/West 11/290
• Elevation - 3200 feet
• Co-ordinates - 24° 44' 00" S & 26° 24' 27" E
