Jan and Jaci van Heteren’s vision for a family safari lodge was born amid a dusty North West province mealie field in the early 1990s.
From a piece of infertile farmland to a wildlife paradise, the location of Jaci’s Safari Lodge and Jaci’s Tree Lodge has been developed into an oasis of calm and serenity in the arid African bush offering the finest luxury accommodation Madikwe has to offer.
For those looking for a more down-to-earth experience, Jaci’s Safari Lodge offers guests a tranquil space in which to unwind and interact with some of Africa’s most impressive wildlife. From your balcony – or even from your bed – you can see wildlife come down to the stream to drink.
Each of the eight tent-style rooms (two king and six twin rooms), with their outdoor-indoor ambiance and earthy African tones, have been decorated and designed with your comfort in mind. From a bed that inspires afternoon naps to the expansive stone baths and luxurious bath robes, the attention to detail at Jaci’s guarantees maximum relaxation.
Jaci's Safari Lodge has two exclusive family suites offering the finest luxury accommodation in Madikwe: the Nare Suite, which accommodates up to six guests, and the Safari Suite, which accommodates up to eight guests. Both exclusive suites feature a plunge pool and come with a private guide and game drive vehicle.
