Like the dazzling night sky stars and the burning midday sun, Madikwe and Jaci’s spirit shines brightly. This is a truly beautiful place and I had a wonderful time.

Our Team
Jaci’s Lodges is run by a team of around 50 people. In line with the Madikwe Game Reserve philosophy, the staff complement is mainly made up of local community members, as a means of driving employment, opportunity and socio-economic development in this previously disadvantaged area of South Africa.
Team members fall within different areas of responsibility at Jaci's, including management, guides, front-of-house, maintenance, housekeeping, scullery, reservations and kitchen.
While the two lodges are run by separate teams, collaboration and mutual support is encouraged.
